Hi,
I am using SOLO BETA which I had purchased a while ago. I am trying to connect it to SOLO motion terminal for the first time. However, my laptop (Windows 11) is not recognising the USB device. The USB is getting the error 'Device Descriptor Request Failed'.
I have tried solutions provided in this topic ( https://www.solomotorcontrollers.com/forum/solo-motion-terminal/cannot-connect-to-motion-terminal/) and also tried Google answers for this specific error. None worked unfortunately so far (driver uninstall, using different ports). When I try to install drivers manually, it gives me this warning...(see picture below).
Any help would be very much appreciated.

For future users: This problem was solved by updating the unit to the firmware that was compatible with the Motion terminal on SOLO BETA models.
