Hi,
I tried to use the SOLO Motion Terminal and it says "Serial API not supported". I retried it on Windows and I even installed Google Chrome, but it does not do anything.
However, I am currently working on my GUI application to access SOLO devices via USB / USB-to-UART. Maybe that can replace the Motion Terminal in a few weeks...
Best,
Illylonka
Hi,
sorry for the inconvenience, to start with SOLO's motion terminal you need to make sure the serial API is activated in your browser, in Chrome you can activate it with the following steps:
1- type " chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features " inside the browser
2- Enable experimental Web Platform features that are in development. – Mac, Windows, Linux, Chrome OS, Android (Image Attached)
3- Restart Chrome
the same steps can be taken for other browsers I believe.
Let me know if this could be helpful.

@milad Oh, OK, that should do it then. Maybe add a short hint within the tool? Or a better error message?

Thanks for the suggestions, yeah, we did exactly the same, the error and how to solve it will be shown in the warning message of the browser.
