Reset position during switching between Speed and Position Mode - reset_position_to_zero()

Hi,

   the motor is searching the "zero" position  using Speed Mode - so it is slowly rolling and waiting the sensor signal ...

In the sensor position should be  set the position of the incremental encoder  to  0 and switched to the Position Mode.    

I thought I'd use the  command    reset_position_to_zero()  to set the postion of encoder to zero. It doesn't seem to work that way...

I have to use the solution mentioned in the another topic   -  see below.  Am I right?

Hi @dan

Yes, that command doesn't work now, you have to reset this in your software ( reading the current position and reducing it from the future positions you read)
